Cancellation Policies

Our wait time is 15 minutes, which will be deducted from your treatment time. If you do not communicate with us or arrive late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. We recommend that you have our address in advance, which you can obtain through our contacts, and organize your schedule taking into account the traffic in the city so that you can arrive on time for your appointment.

Wait Times

When booking an appointment, a deposit of $25 will be requested to guarantee the scheduling of the appointment. In case of cancellation or absence without prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded. To avoid charges, you must cancel and reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice. If the reservation is made on the same day and you do not attend the appointment or arrive late, the deposit will not be refunded, without exception. It is important to note that the data of your registered card is completely secure and only the system has access to it.
